Revealing Intrinsic Superconductivity of the Nb/BiSbTe <sub>2</sub> Se Interface

Typically, topological superconductivity is reachable via proximity effect by a direct deposition of superconductor (S) on top insulator (TI) surface. Here we observed and analyzed the double critical current in Josephson junctions based fabricated planar Superconducting Quantum Interference Device. By measuring currents as function temperature magnetic field, show that second stems from intrinsic S/TI interface, which supported modified Resistively Shunted Junction model Transmission Electron Microscopy studies. This complex structure interface should be taken into account when technological process involves Ar-plasma cleaning.
